Landscape Designer Helen Mellsop has designed Selo to be replete with tree-lined streetscapes, shared green spaces and perfectly-presented entrances for the ideal first impression.

Selo's custom-designed embedded power and fibre network will deliver speeds up to 10 times faster than standard fibre.

Selo will have conveniences and shared spaces for all the family (including the four-legged kind), with a playground, BBQ area, parks, secure undercover bike storage and even a dog-washing station. Shops will be handy with a commercial zone included as part of the wider village.
