A proven track record of quality property development in Auckland and Queenstown

Since its inception in 2012, Aedifice Property Group's forward-thinking approach has led to its organic growth, becoming one of the leading names in residential property development in New Zealand.

Aedifice's vision goes beyond just bricks and mortar, creating timeless spaces and sustainable communities for people to connect and thrive.

Every step of our process is well-considered and thoughtful, starting with hand-picking the ideal site to planning, design and development, ultimately delivering our clients not just the keys to a new home but an asset of enduring quality and value.

Drawing on the talents of a dedicated team across planning, design and construction, Aedifice Property Group currently has residential developments under construction on Auckland’s Hobsonville and Pukekohe.

Building a future on solid ground

Fine-tuned over the last decade, Aedifice Property Group's development model of the terrace townhouse aligns with the market's demand for affordable homes with the added appeal of a quality new build.

Acquisitions

Are you looking to sell a property in greater Auckland?

If you (or someone you know) have land anywhere in Auckland, we would love to hear from you. Aedifice Property Group is actively looking to acquire sites of 2 hectares and beyond - nothing is too big!

Zoning is important; ideally, it would be zoned Mixed Housing Urban or Mixed Housing Suburban.
